An exciting new report, completed by RTI International, funded by the College Success Foundation highlights the ways the Fostering Success Coaching Model can effectively support college students when integrated into programming and services. College Completion Coaching: Promising Practices from the College Success Foundation indicates that integrating coaching results in promising practices, including student engagement, building caring and trusting environments and building students' knowledge, skills and awareness. Also, most students (85%) who interacted with coaches believed coaches played a role in their ability to persist term to term while in college.
