Tom Shea is a PGA Golf Teaching Professional who specializes in youth development through the game of golf. A PGA member for over 34 years, Tom has been immersed in the game for more than five decades, bringing experience, passion, and a people-first approach to everything he does.

He currently serves as the U.S. Kids Golf Tampa Tour Director and Vice President/Director of Golf for Paradise Golf. In addition to his professional roles, Tom is deeply committed to mentorship and service—volunteering as a golf coach for the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches and serving as a Guardian Ad Litem mentor.

Tom’s connection to his work is personal. Entering the foster care system at age eight and being adopted at thirteen, he understands firsthand the challenges many young people face. That experience fuels his mission to connect with and support foster youth, using golf as a platform to build confidence, create opportunity, and inspire lasting change.
