Dr. Molly Sarubbi (she/her) serves as Founder & Principal of MRSConsulting, supporting diverse stakeholders to integrate and accelerate transformational change in the field of higher education, education policy, and philanthropy. Her interdisciplinary expertise intersects with qualitative research, systems-level solutions, and reform across the P20 policy landscape, with a particular expertise in equity and postsecondary access and retention. Molly is a co-founder of Foster Scholars, remains active in the youth and family advocacy community, and has been previously recognized for her commitment to inclusive excellence.
