● Learn how data can be used to identify challenges and support solutions ● Explore concepts of equity, intersectionality, and targeted universalism 

● Examine how different systems and identities shape opportunities and outcomes 

● Practice using results-based thinking to imagine and work toward better future outcomes for young adults
